The tester's biggest advantage is the ability to quickly and accurately display measured the dry rubber content of latex, actual single measurement for only 2-5 seconds.
According to the Chinese academy of tropical agricultural sciences institute of rubber experimenter Li Changmei introduction, the previous measuring dry rubber content need a cumbersome process of people,the average single measuring need 8-12 hours.“Now use the latex dry rubber content automatic meter, measuring dry rubber content can be comprehensively test samples number 120-150 per hour, greatly improve the measurement efficiency." Li Changmei said.
The reporter saw the meter in rubber research institute laboratory, the weight about 8 kg,and one test less than five seconds. And the successful research and development and promotion of this instrument will better serve the farmers, and promote the development of rubber industry in China.
